Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. When I was a child we would always go to my grandparents house. No matter where we lived we would always travel to see them. My grandmother was the kindest lady you would have ever meet. She would invite everyone to her home for Thanksgiving, even the homeless. If you knew where she lived and you wanted to come you were welcome. It was an open house to all. I loved that as a child. To me it is the best holiday. My family made it such a wonderful holiday. I am trying to do this for my kids. To me it is a time to give thanks and be happy for all.
